1. Headed up to Teal Lake for the first time this coming weekend. Any tips to help me get my 3yr old son on some perch action or my father in law into some walleyes?

If you want to venture over to Lost Land Lake, the southern bay has a nice drop off, it's on the north end of that bay.

Thanks a bunch guys! My little guy loves to fish, but I have make sure he has relatively steady action. As most Minnesotan's, my father-in-law looks for one ...more kind of fish and that is walleyes. I on the other hand, hope to spend some time pursuing some topwater muskies.

Find the cribs. There is always action there. The muskies also lurk around there. There is a crib just to the west of the Teal river, by the old Ross's Teal ...more Lake Lodge.
