The refuge gates were open this am. Officer Chris from the refuge called and told us that the gates are open and all activities will resume as of today. That means ...more walk-ons, drive-on, night fishing, etc.!!! Get on down here and fish. As you saw from Stickman's post yesterday there are still fish around. A lot of small ones and some of the cows like the picture showed yesterday. So again word is that the gates are open..............................for now. Who knows for how long until the next shutdown so get fishing!!!
