I have 30lb test braid on my reel and the backing is mono. When i cast the braid gets caught on the uni to uni knot and greatly reduces my casting distance. Please ...more help to fix this

When I'm fresh and fully spooled I'll never see my backing even on my longest cast.

I still use the uni to uni knot with no problems. You think you're under spooled on the reel? Or maybe too much backing? That has been the only time I've ...more experienced this type of issue.
