    Cloudy day, murky water, this bass hit it out of nowhere. Very happy to see the home maid bait put in the work.

    Bed fishing with my friend on his canoe, this nice smallie kept picking up our bait, we hooked him and lost him at the boat. We came back 10 minutes later to try ...more to get him again, he picked up my jig and I set the hook. He snapped my line when he got in the net. 60° and Cloudy

  6. Details: Bluegill Sunfish

    Cold day searching for smallmouth. Struck out with them, caught a couple plate sized sunnies in the search.

    1. Chris Skinner 0
      @TroTro actually a bluegill is a species of sunfish so y'all are both right! :)
    2. TroTro 0
      That's a bluegill! Not a sunfish

    Am trying to get into swimbaits, wondering if my Omen black 7'6" MH could throw swimbaits (BBZ, Hudd 68, etc). Do not want to buy new rod, any thoughts?

    1. Maxij3 0
      @aesthetic_legacy yeah that was what I was thinking, Thanks for the info
    2. aesthetic_legacy 0
      If that rod is made for 1 1/2 oz your good, but don't go heavier than 2 oz
    3. Maxij3 0
      @whitebass_81 1 1/2 oz
    4. Maxij3 0
      @whitebass_81
    5. Maxij3 0
      @aesthetic_legacy yeah I'm worried about the snapping, but i was thinking about light tosses not absolute rips
    6. whitebass_81 0
      How much weight does it hold
    7. aesthetic_legacy 0
      That rod won't last long if you throw a hudd, trust me I messed up my ducket. The rod guides came off and if you try to cast far it might snap
    8. aesthetic_legacy 0
      Okuma guide select 7'11 MH for 6 in hudds, bbz, and pretty much any swimbait In that 1-4 oz range. Go check it out, it's light yet strong
