    The males are starting to come in down here finally. Caught 2 on minnows and another on jig. Arrowhead State Park. Bait 2 feet under a cigar cork right off bank.

    Few from today. Only got to fish for about an hour. Lacy Creek strikes again. Orange Roadrunner with a white bass pro beaver tail was hot today.

  7. Picked up one of the new Ugly Stiks. 7 ft one piece. MH action. Spinning. Teamed it up with a KVD 30 spinning reel. Trying it out today. Hopefully pics to follow ...more soon.

    Sandbass and crappie from Lacy Creek. It feeds into Cedar Creek Res. Red jig head with a white grub did the trick today. Slow retrieve bumping off bottom.
