1. Details: Largemouth Bass with a Crawdads

These look so real, I want to try rigging them, which rigging technique works best? I'm thinking of Texas rigging them for smallmouth bass

    1. squarebill 0
Dude those are cool but those arnt bass those are crawfish
    2. Bo Barnett 0
You want to slay some bass, try a shaky head set up. It will sit the bait straight up and puts the hook in a position to get strong clean hook sets. If your dealing ...more with hydrilla or milfoil T rig it
    3. Makz Jaramillo 0
Tube hooks are the ones with lead weight molded near hook eye @Dmitriy92
    4. Makz Jaramillo 0
I've seen those and Yum brand at WalMart. Get ya some tube hooks and put them in the body cavity. That's what I did with mine. I use worms so much tho I ...more haven't actually tried them
    5. Dmitriy92 0
@allennnnn_ Thanks for the tip, I'll try that
    6. Dmitriy92 0
@fishwizard52 I think they're mad men brand, bought them for like .99 cents a bag
    7. fishwizard52 0
What brand are those? Look sick!!
    8. allennnnn_ 0
float upwards, real crawfish dont drag their claws, they hold them up while dragging themselves on the bottom.
    9. allennnnn_ 0
I like texas rigging them with 1/8 oz weighted hooks. Make sure the lead is molded in the middle of the hook. They sink straight and when you drag them it looks ...more like a real crawfish because the claws

  2. Details: Smallmouth Bass with a Yum Crawbug

Went to walmart and decided to try these out, smallmouth will become active soon so these will work really good, tell me what you think, has anyone tried these?

    1. MusicCityBass 0
Not widegap but a g-lock worm hook. It is a widegap though
    2. MusicCityBass 0
I love em. I just use a jig head but some people texas rig them. The only worm hook that fits the 2.5" is a Gamakatsu 1/0 widegap
    3. TennesseeTroutboy 0
@MusicCityBass will tell you everything you want to know about them
    4. Chuck LaBruna 0
Yeah I use them for smallies in the Niagara River and Lake Erie. Work great, especially on standup jigheads. Also work if you let sink and retrieve in short bursts ...more to simulate it escaping. BOOM!! 😉
    5. Dmitriy92 0
@billdance9 yeah, I went fishing for trout on the trout magnet craw and caught big trout, with these ill catch bigger trout and bigger bass
    6. billdance9 0

Keep the fish In the water as long as possible is always the way to go especially with fragile fish like trout
