    Decent red at 18" somewhere in Golden Meadow Went out at 6 and and it was extremely windy. To add to that the trolling motors sheering pin somehow broke. We ...more were using 2-4" minnows with a pop every 10 second and reeling in the slack. We ended up catching 8 more. 4 being over "16(legal size in LA)

      They actually don't break off to easy, they screw into the back. You can buy replacements if they do. Also you should check out a Ms slammer or 3:16(if you can ...more find one) @huntingandfishing
