    Redfish on the halfshell and grilled pineapple trout ceviche

      Thanks. Simple enough.

      Dice the fish, soak it in lime juice for at least 6 hr, then drain the lime juice. Slice up a pineapple and grill it, then make a standard pico. Mix it all up ...more and there you have it.
