White 1/2 oz head ...more , 4" big hammer swimbait . Fishing high tide , only 1-2 fow . Near eel grass and rocks constant retrieve . Hit it the first time teeth cut line . Tied up another one casted same area , hooked him perfect ! A very vocal fish as well!

    Details: Spotted Bay Bass with a brown-orange big hammer 1/4oz

    Cool sunny day . Casting near floating docks , letting the swimbait sink to bottom the slowly reel letting it bounce and hit of bottom .

    Caught in coyote res. gilroy ca on a canoe . dropped a worm under some bushes popped it once or twice then thump ! Fish on! Est by a buddy around 5.5 my biggest ...more largie!!
