      @tacticalscissors I thought it might be a Guadalupe, but it didn't have the diamond pattern on the top of its back. These were the first I've ever caught ...more other than largemouth. educated guess

    Partly cloudy, Overcast, 76°, falls side of river road Damn. I was throwing my lure as close to the falls off the Damn as I could. Caught her third cast. I ...more didn't have a scale to weigh, but she measured about 26". Anybody know a relative weight for a bass this big? My personal best!!!

It was sunny this day, and I started fishing with a drab green bugger, but I believe it ...more wasn't visible due to the water color. switched to black, and landed a couple little pigs pretty often. This section of the river has the best trout fishing. (my opinion)
