Fish mostly trout and small bass in lower PA, MD and upper WV usually on class A and B waters that have not been stocked. My go to rig is a ...more light spinner rod with 4 to 6 lb test line Small Mepps or Blue Fox Vibrax are my spinner choice. I will sometimes cheat and use a nightcrawler.
