Tobias Schiele 0Jeff Post, I've been trying to catch a fish like this up there since I was little. I was by myself (no one to take photo) and it was legal. Although I didn't ...more release it we did harvest it and it fed 8 people. I catch and release 99% of all my fish on High Falls.
