      If u get the length then girth of bass there s a bass calculater u put them numbers in and the weight should be right on

      I always use now 40 or 50 lb braid and usually a medium heavy power fast action rods so I can just pull the bass out of the water if they are hooked and u keep the ...more line tight they shouldn't get off. I use braid no matter what lure I'm throwing
