I fish Schroon. Try a texas rigged 5' senko in junebug, baby bluegill, baby bass either 1/8 weighted hook [not bullet sinker] or weightless. Go behind word ...more of life island in the bay and hit the pads, pads up by the marina, or docks early in the day. If they wont hit the senko, try it on drop shot. There's a rock pile south of Adirondack beach. Berkley flicker shad in firetiger works too.
every lake is different, stained water i throw blk senko or yellow spinner bait double willow blades, clear water purple robo worm on drop shot. all else fails live ...more shinners the bigger the better.
