1. Last catch of the day. Not extremely large compared to others i've caught, but super fun to bring in on an ultralight rod!

Total catch of the day was:
    4 ...more Largemouth Bass
    7 Smallmouth
    14 Rock Bass
    3 Bluegill
    And this one little pike.

    A good day for sure.

16 in. Northern Pike with a Rapala Double Jointed

  2. Took my ultra light out for some testing (new reel) and this guy slammed the lure on the 4th cast. not complaining in the slightest!

2 lb. 10 oz. 16 in. Smallmouth Bass

  3. Took the worm almost the instant the bait settled towards the bottom. Fought like crazy as it tried its best to stay in the weed beds.

8 lb. 25 in. Channel Catfish with a Nightcrawler

  4. Largest Largemouth i've caught in a long while. Nailed the perch I had as bait and gave me the best fight i've ever had for a bass. Jumped up at least five ...more times before I could secure it with a net (which I am thankful my friend had left in my car!)

Largemouth Bass with a Live Perch

  5. Took the bait and fought from the bottom of the lake for several minutes before finally letting me net it. Was greedy with the hook and nearly swallowed the whole ...more thing. But the hook was removed and the fish revived and released (this time, next time I plan on eating it)

Channel Catfish with a Live(ish) Perch

  6. Details: Williamston Gravel Pit

  7. 1 of many, many large pumpkinseeds for the day. I wish I had my scale on me as 4 were larger than my hand.
