    I was a little surprised that I got this little sunfish in strong currents. Casted about 15 feet from shore with a 3/4 ounce sliding sinker and a size 6 hook. No ...more winds with pretty strong current. There is nothing better than going out on the water and getting into some fish, doesn't matter what kind.

    I caught this little 6 inch striper on some worms I dig up in my backyard. 10 minutes after sunset, no wind, slight current. He was released without harm.

      i bobber float flies down 6 ft by the dock at negro bar ( miners ravine ) i use knats and mosquitos casting up river and drifting about 100 ft per cast . i have ...more fished this way since i was a kid at lake natomas
