    a few coats later this is my end result!!! and I think it looks great!!! also I left out somewhere down the line I had installed the swivel seat!!!

    the next step was to do some heavy sanding and sealing the deck with a polyurethane based stain.

    after a while the carpet started to mildew and tear up because I never was able to finish so it got torn out. and in turn the deck started to sun rot.

    after the carpeting was done I purchased a Minn Kota Edge 45 bow mounted trolling and secured it on.

    Started the process of carpeting the deck but couldnt find matching carpet the place I got the original carpet said they no longer carried it. wish they told me ...more before I purchased the first roll.

    then I decided I wanted a casting deck. so I covered the front two seats and put the deck on with a spot for a bow mounted trolling motor.
