      Oh, cut it with a dremel cut off wheel. Sand with dremel drum.

      You'll need use gar unless there's something with else this tough. It's like a shell but held together with cartilage still, so you tan it and shape ...more it- then cyanoacrylate the joints... @FISH_FEST

      That was a lie, I spent 10 minutes thinking how bad I had really messed up and staring at it and 20 minutes trying to get it. Pulling with pliers alone was pointless...
