    When fishing with a rod and reel for these we found it best to let the gar swallow the love bait!

      Cotton with no hook also cut gar is great catfish bait I've caught some nice ones on em they suck to cut though lol

      @SwampMafia @RiverMonster @JARTHUR4 I learned a trick from an old man you wrap your line around a small bluegill and put cotton in betweent the line and bluegill ...more the hard teeth will get caught in the
