I've consistently caught 5 to 6 pounders. I need to hook onto bigger ones. Any tips?

    1. Colton Sime 0
      I use live bluegills
    2. cameron_montero 0
The best cut bait is carp but I use perch and other meat
    3. alex murrell 0
@rockrugged haha actually for the big cats, i use cut catfish! Its great. Its fresh, bloody and has tough skin to stay on the hook well. You can also use massive ...more chunks of it for the lunkers
    4. Derek Weidemann 0
@the_jig_master Thanks bud. Yeah I gotta catch some creek chubs or carp. What do u use for cut bait?
    5. alex murrell 0
Bigger bait: bigger fish. Try to get more weight on the line and throw it more into the middle where the current is stronger, big catfish tend to be ambush preds ...more and wait for food in the current
    6. Swamp Mafia 0
Big live bait at dusk, structure is a good thing.
