    Took the fishing kayak out one morning and fished a sand bar with shrimp under a popping cork...got 4 trout for the dinner table and a flounder - no better eating ...more than fresh sea trout in my opinion! I am ready for another trip to Sanibel...

    Still a few white bass around in shallow water - this one was up in 1.5 feet of water

    Our stringer at the end of the day, caught these white bass in very shallow water. Minnows and pink jigs 6 inches under a float did the trick.
