    Work trip to Milwaukee and there is a little "river" behind the hotel. Caught 5 in an hour. Cant beat that. Windy, mostly cloudy, some quick sunny breaks.

    Details: Longnose Gar with a live brim

    biggest gar i have ever caught. 10lbs 11oz, released. 25 fow, 83 wtemp, had bait a few cranks off bottom. muddy water and high water levels. was trying to target ...more some cats but didnt get any.

    Details: White Bass with a slab spoon

    53 fish total for the morning. Tons of fun. Had clouds all morning but water temp is in the low 70s. Found a big school and nailed it. All fish caught and released.

    Personal best catfish, 10lbs 8oz. Clear night, calm clear water, surface water temp 68-70. Awesome fight and it turned out to be missing a pectoral fin!

    caught a few of these sized the other day. No monsters but still no better way to spend the weekend.

    Got about 10 of these in less than an hour. Took the kayak out for the first time year and had a good time. Water temp is getting higher and bass seem to be moving ...more around quite a bit.

      Nice! Really white though i dont know the difference between white and channel catfish but but either way beautiful fish
