    Details: Spotted Bass with a Purple sinko w/red hook wacky rig. Fishing man made structures

    Fishing was tough but I managed to land this 4 lb spot.The calm conditions made the bass very leery and less apt to bite. The trick is to be as stealth as possible.

    7+ pound spot caught on a white spinnerbait slow rolling over 20' of water. This is my new record, I wish I had a scale!!!

      After doing some length and girth calculations I figure the the fish is in the high 7 to low 8 pound range.

      @matt Shasta Lake is 130ft from the crest. we've only recorded 9" of precipitation since July. We're supposed to get 3" over the next couple days. ...more Things aren't looking good around here
