      @h15595 Looks like the matrix shad is working! Where do you get them at? I've looked at my local academy and gander mtn and they don't carry them.

    Caught a lot of trout today this was my wife's biggest at 24". Was released to fight another day, but we did keep all trout 15" to 20".

    Quick run to palacios this morning. Caught 15 redfish on topwater and the flounder on soft plastics. Redfish I kept 27 1/2" 8 lbs and 20" 3 lbs. flounder ...more 16".

    Fishing in a tournament in matagorda and my wife was my fishing partner, she stuck it out and fished like a champ. Out fishing me 3 to 1. Southwest wind was terrible ...more stayed in the intercostal.

    One of the bigger trout caught this afternoon 26". Let her go to fight another day. Sorry I am not very good at photos by myself.

    Details: Inshore Slam (trout/flounder/redfish) with a norton sand eel jr root beer cahartreuse tail 1/8 chartreuse jighead

    Fishing a drop off next to a reef. Outgoing tide water clarity 6 in. Caught 30+ fish, these are the ones I kept for the family to eat. All reds were catch and release.
