    My first fork giant, caught in 18 FOW on an 8xd. Went out this morning to break in my new Humminbird 899ci and focused on deep points, three the c-rig and f-ball ...more jigs with little luck, picked up the XD and on the 2nd cast caught this 8.5lb pig, put up an awesome fight and was lucky enough to get her in the boat

    Fished lake Monticello with @CooperMarchetto and caught some toads on the frog. It felt great to be using topwater again. We were able to fish all day with the frogs ...more due to the overcast skies and 71 degree water temps

    Fished Athens yesterday and did pretty well despite the cold front and blue bird skies. Fish were messed up due to weather transitions, caught a few deep post spawn ...more fish, 2 spawning fish on beds, and 6-8 pre spawn fish off of deep points/boat docks. Nothing big just a bunch of solid 2-3lbers, broke off on a good one too
