      I didn't catch these from shore, was on a boat but if you find a wind blown shoreline they will be there. these guys were no further than 10 ft from shore

    Was in PA, couldn't wait to catch these shad before flying back to TX.

      I wish, every year the delaware river gets thousands of shad running threw it to spawn. They are one of my favorite species to fish.
