    Decided to try something different. Cast out live minnows to let sit while bass fishing. Problem with that was, I couldn't concentrate on bass fishing because ...more the crappie were tearing up the minnows!

      i can never fish like that i've tried...i'm no multi-tasker, that's for sure. If i fish live bait it has to be actively on a jig 99% of the time with ...more a few exceptions. though i must say for me lures def outfish live bait, especially with crappies!

    Been working hard lately, so I treated myself to a new rod. This was the first fish caught on it. I'm liking the new stick!

    Both plastics and spinner baits were working (slight edge to the plastic). Snagged 5 Bass from 3/4 lb to 5 lbs.

    Plastics weren't working too well. Red and Yellow Spinner snagged 3. This was the biggest.
