1. Six Mile Outdoors

    Not a bad evening on the lake if you could stay out of the wind. The off shore bite was tough for us to stay into but we got on the spawning flats and reeds and ...more caught some solid fish. Just a few of the days catches with a 7 lb hog. All on junebug senkos in 5 fow and below. Light weight Texas rigs and wacky style both did the trick. Tight lines!

      Troy, we were pole fishing straight down off the side of the boat in about 20 fow. Fish were running 5-10 feet below the surface above a brush pile.

    Hard fishing today. The lake was very murky.

      Yea it was pretty nasty. We didn't catch any largemouth but the shad were hitting like crazy in the Niangua Arm. We even caught shad on spoons and rattle traps ...more lol. So we went to a drift pattern with weightless live shad and hit a few hybrids and striper but nothing significant.
