    Took my kayak out to Blydenburgh lake and expected the fall feed to be on. Instead it was the complete opposite. I tried everything and thought i was gonna get skunked ...more for only the second time on this lake. Finally managed this one on a frog. The only hit of the day.

    Details: Largemouth Bass with a Koppers live target frog

    First time out on my kayak. Headed to blydenburgh lake and caught these three fish on a koppers frog. I lost a 2.5lber and a few others. Couldnt seem to find the ...more big ones. Fish were under thick mats and eating dragongflys buy werent that interested in the frog. Weather was sunny and 77 with a 10mph N wind.

    Details: Northern Pike with a Chartruse spinnerbait

    Just a few of the pike/pickerel we caught yesterday while fishing with Mike Tarasavage (ifishlakechamplain.com). We fished spinnerbaits over sparse weeds in 8-10ft ...more of water. We easily boated 30+ fish between me, my dad and my brother. I was able to catch white and yellow perch, rock bass, and multiple LM, pike and pickerel and one awesome although small pike/pickerel hybrid.Cant wait for next year
