Some guys prefer the drop shot out here with a tube or the guy from strike king who won the tournament a couple weekends ago was drop shorting the kvd dreamshot over grass flats. Personally when I find structure I like to cast a pink jig white grub combo and do very well. Depending on where your launching, I fish anchor bay but the local tackle store will most likely sell lake hot spot maps that show grass flats and depths. I fish anywhere from 5-15ft deep.
