      I don't normally fish thee shoreline, but if I do, I would concentrate on piers. Rig a Senko or trick worm of some sorts ( Texas rigged, no weight ) and skip ...more it under piers. Let it sit for a bit before moving it. Typically, you'll just feel weight...set the hook!

      Very important to let your bait sit for a good half minute when it lands. then a twitch and start working it more. When it lands, fish usually check it out and that ...more delayed pause, then sudden movement usually trips their trigger

      The rock bar is always a decent spot, primarily on cloudy days. I also do good around the little island and the rock point adjacent to it. I fish for bass. topwater ...more walkers/poppers and weedless frogs if it's matted and scummy.
