Heading to Jacksonville Florida in March for spring break. Looking to do some kayak fishing and looking for any advice. Was gonna do some salt and freshwater so ...more would like to know what's biting, where some places I could go and what I could use to catch them, any advice would be good.

Trout are biting hard on live shrimp as well as the Reds but a live mud minnow works just as well too the black drums are biting too

I'm headed down towards that way myself in March. One thing you could try is to post this question to some of the waterways down there. Otherwise I bet a few ...more of the FL anglers I'm connected with will see this post now and reply with some feedback.

What's good down in Galveston right now? Going down this weekend for a trip to A&M so thought I'd fish a little won't have a boat so pier fishing.
