1. Planning on heading up in next week or 2, was wondering how the walleye bite has been? Any info would be great, planning on being at the niles bay area and west ...more end.

  2. Just wondering what the fishing is like, I heard the eyes are moving deeper now.

  3. Wondering how the fishing is going on this lake this time of year, thanks.

I'm going mid June. Check out Park Point Resort's fishing report online. Sounds like plenty of fish but also lots of natural forage.
  4. Wonder how the opener went. Wondering what the water temp is and depth which walleye and crappie are biting. Male Crappie should be getting close to making beds ...more and females should be little deeper. Any input would be great, thanks.

  5. Going to be fishing here in a week, have the mayfly hatch started yet? What depths are most fish activity happening. Any hints/tips would be great. Thanks.

Mayfly hatch was the last few days.

Fishing on Kabby has been tough this year! You really have to work for the fish. Fish in the wind and very slow speeds. Minnows & Leeches have been producing ...more fish. Fish 16 - 22 feet using lindy or jigs. Slip bobber also working. (Stess slow presentations).

  6. Caught 3 walleye around bald eagle/three sisters but had to throw them back....acted like a snag, not typical bite.

When you are trolling, look for a "tower" of fish on your sonar.

      Thanks for the tip!

They are around 20' deep and biting only on worms. We used fluorescent green jigs/spinners

  9. Fishing is tough, can't seem to find what they want to bite on. Sounds like most people are having a tough time. Surface water temp is around 65 degrees. ...more We have marked tons of fish around 20-25 foot while in 30-35 foot water, just can't get them to bite.

  10. Details: 24 in. Northern Pike with a lindy
