      I gotcha. A white 3/8oz booyah spinner bait and the kvd 1.5 have always produced good fish for me on old hickory at this time of the year.

      it's not a club just the guys I work with, we do it every year. I never find quality fish, don't fish but once a year. I just joined maury county bass club ...more this year we have tournament out of Davis corner in August

      I caught that one last year. Just got fishidy. I would fish whatever grass and docks in the backs of creeks you could find. with a spinner bait or square bill. fish ...more have been hitting a little better as the day goes on. if I picked up 5 with nothing big start flipping a jig on whatever looks like it could hold a big fish.
