New to freshwater...any tips to get a saugeye in the boat would be great! So far only catching white bass by the public landing when birds are flying.

  1/8 -1/4 oz jig (dark/chartruse work best for me) tipped with a minnow or crawler. Any depth change or contour will usually hold some fish at atwood.

  Slow down 1/8 0z jig 1inch artificial. Sandy or gravel bottom. Might help or small crank bait lure 5 to 6 feet down
