    Do not proceed down the Buffalo Bayou channel past the Battle Ship. No recreational boats allowed.

    Cast net usually fills up on mullet around bridge pylons

  7. Details: Last public dockage traveling downriver until Bayland Marina.

    Local bar with full menu, awesome burgers, restrooms and a sometimes rude staff. Dock is high and awkward for low-freeboard boats (such as many fishing boats). ...more Docks ARE NOT protected from bay wind, waves, etc.

    Good spot on changing tides. Marsh is shallow but navigable.
