    Went out to a tourney, caught only one decent bass that was 2.61lbs, the highlight of today was catching that paddlefish, I thought I had a giant bass!! I CPR'd ...more it and went on our way for some bass.

    Me and my fishing partner went out to fish a tourney on the river. When we got the the water was like chocolate milk! I caught 4 the entire day, 2 on a chartreuse ...more squarebill, one on a beaver, and this one on a spinnerbait. The other three were too short to keep: off by 1/4 inch. When we got back to weigh in, it was 2.61lbs. Someone caught a bass that was +8lbs, a monster!!

    Details: Largemouth Bass

    Went out to Henderson lake to fish a tournament there. There was a cold front that came through which slowed down the fishing. We looked for dead end canals with ...more vegetation along the shore and submerged timber. We would work the frogs at an medium pace. When we found timber, I would flip in the jig and hop it off the bottom. This got us 26th place out of 67 boats which I guess is pretty good.

    Went out to fish elmers island but had no luck, we then went to bridgeside to fish the bridge, we caught a bunch of mangroves but they were too small to keep

    Details: Largemouth Bass with a Cut bluegill 2 ft under a bobber

    Tb to when a I caught my pb bass(released), it was almost 7 lbs. I accidentally caught it while fishing for catfish, and there's a video of it on YouTube.

    Details: Red Snapper with a Whole frozen pogies

    Went out of southwest pass to catch whatever's biting, ended up with 10 red snapper, 15 lb was the biggest on pogies on the bottom.       Red horse or something like that is the only one i can think of. i cant say thats the correct name or specieswild guess but i remember seeing something like that ...more and was named something like that lol

    Details: Channel Catfish with a Worms and cut bluegill 2 ft under a popping cork

    Caught 6 nice cats out of a small pond. It was raining and cold! I kept losing them on my 12lb mono, so I beefed up my tackle and started to catch them one after ...more another, the rain got worse so I stopped at 8 pm. The average weight was 6.9lbs and the biggest is 9.3lbs!!

    Decided to take the kayaks out for a try and landed some nice fish(first bass out of a kayak). Landed some over 5 lb. The only problems was that I lost a rod in ...more the water and fell in. Overall, it was a good day.
