    caught him about 8:00 this morning 2.5 lbs using deep diver lure, almost lost him due to not getting hook set good. Tossed him back in for another day, good times ...more love bass fishing!!!

    caught this around 1pm on 4/8/14, one of our nicer days as springs rolls in. Did not get to weigh him but guessing he was around 6lbs approximately, 22". 3rd ...more bass I've caught since I took up bass fishing just this year so I was happy. I put him back in hopes to snag him another day even bigger! all catch and release for me.

      have 6lb spider wire so I was even spooked thinking I would lose this one but I let him run for a bit to wear him down.

      actually no he hit about 15 yards out and I was making the crawdad dive so he hit underwater. I had just adjusted my drag because the night before I lost a big one ...more due to having drag set!
