    Beaver Lake Striper Fishing Guide - 55lb striper (according to my boat scale) caught 07/01/2018 by Misty and Keith west. Misty gave a valiant effort by setting the ...more hook and fighting the fish for the first 10mins or so but she soon figured out she had bitten off more than she could chew and it was more Beaver Lake Striper than she knew what to do with so the rod was handed off to her husband Keith who managed to subdue the beast after another 10mins or so. Certainly a striper of a lifetime and the biggest we have boated this year! We are gunning for the next state record and won't rest until we boat it!
