Outlet from Topaz Lake. Tons of minnows and lots of big'ens there to eat them. Have had a lot of luck with sinking Rapalas, spinners, and, of course, worms. Have pulled out a few 4+pound brown trout and smallmouth bass. Hooked up on a few that may have been bigger. Great spot, but pretty well known, so the early angler gets the spot.
