      To be completely honest, I don't know. I'm staying on my the lake for the summer and have access on the property. I haven't seen anywhere that looks ...more like a boat ramp yet. However, I'm fairly certain there is a public access on Palmer Lake, which is connected to Tenderfoot by a river channel.
