Success here means fishing through and over the weeds. Nice largemouth, Walleye, muskie, perch, Bluegill and Crappie present.
First time on lake. Did research using fishing hot spots. Went to Wilson bay 1st and less then 15 cast on weed edge cought a muskey.
The Walleye fishing is overlooked here. Weeds are key. A lot of weedy bays and bars makes for a good muskie lake. Smallmouth offers great action.
Look for Walleye, muskie and Crappie to relate to the deep weed edges, while panfish and Largemouth Bass will hold in the weeds and weed pockets. Five lakes included in the chain.
