I assume your talking about the Round south of there. No, but know guy's have some good walleye catches on it at times. Not sure on the gill and crappie size. ...more Like to try Axe Handle sometime, big slabs in there I guess.

Yep, driving on McCann and Island last time I was there 2 weekends ago, but it got warm this past weekend and a lot of lakes got water on top. So not sure if it's ...more froze back down yet or not. Not a far walk to go out off McCann boat landing to fish or use a Wheeler. Just keep searching a lot of wholes for them suspending in 20 plus feet of water in the main basin. We fished where I marked catches on the map. Nice to use Tungsten or something small and heavy to get down to them quick. Tipped with just plastics or spikes. Guys fishing tip-downs the last time we were there did well also and had some nice fish on minnows.

Which lake? If it's the one where he caught this fish, no, it's been 2 weekends ago. Didn't do very well, but he did get a 13 1/2" crappie.
