Biggest fish ever recorded, 33lbs 7oz, on Curtis lake
Lake Curtis has produced largemouth bass up to 13 pounds!
Car top boat launch for the Rappahannock River. Known for its smallmouth bass and sunfish fishing, the river also produces; largemouth bass, catfish and chain pickerel.
This is an excellent largemouth bass lake as well as good opportunites for northern pike. The state record northern pike came out of Motts Run.
Thought to be a premier largemouth bass fishery, the reservoir also includes catfish, crappie, bluegill, and sunfish.
