    Me and my dad went to an American Chesnut Foundation meeting in West TN and decided to stop and fish Cheatham on the way back. The wind was blowing all types of ...more baitfish to the bank and whitebass were busting along the surface. Casted the chug bug out and this 17" Smallie rocketed out and smashed it. Cool in the morning but really warmed up as the day went on. Waters cooled down a lot, 65°
