      Nice day, Mark. Way to go with your gut and head left. There used to be bigger fish more regularly at Cross Creek. Over the past two years, the big’ uns are harder ...more to find. My first year fishing Cross Creek, I caught several fish between 3 1/2 and 6 lbs.

      Oh, I just read my post, you're guaranteed at least 5 unless your name is Frank who is guaranteed 10-20 :)

      Ty both. Fishing at Cross Creek almost guarantees you at least 5 Bass every time, but, the chances of catching a 4-6 pounder is the same as catching a big muskie ...more anywhere else. All 6 today were under 15 inches.

    Biggest of 28 largemouth bass. It was a numbers day again with the fish averaging only about 12-13 inches. The bite was best at dawn (10 bass in my first 50 mins). ...more This is the second time in three weeks that I have caught at least twenty-five fish at Cross Creek, and for the third week in a row there were a lot of dinks.
