    Took the daughter’s boyfriend fishing and picked up something big on the fish finder… thought it was probably a carp, but he caught this bad boy. Did not want to ...more come up. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bigger catfish from the Willamette river. I’m sure they’re in there, but people usually just catch small ones. Made his day! :)

    I don’t usually catch largemouth in the river, but it’s always nice to find them occasionally (mostly smallies). Can’t wait to get back out there.

    Got out on the river yesterday and caught a few. Tried some new places and it paid off.

    Took her and a cousin fishing for a couple hours. Caught 15 in the same 100 yard stretch. She still needs a glove to hold ‘em. :)

    Went bass fishing today. Steady bite all small.. Then these 2 pike minnow made the drag loud..👊😬. Had 2 die. River rehab

      @lainedillard @tkotattoos there decent sturgeon/ catfish bait.. I don't eat most fish out of the Willamette. Had them out of the Columbia river.. I liked it, ...more some don't.. Similar to white fish..👌

      @MattLewis pike minnow if you register with fish&game you can make good money from the bounty they have on there head.. Salmon eaters eggs and fry..

      Always sucks to see any good sized fish die not too familiar with pike minnows but hopefully they taste good if not the catfish bait it is
