      if you figure that out let me know, i can't get a walleye through the ice in NJ...I've been told you have to fish at night, but it doesn't make sense ...more cause we catch them during the day in open water all the time. delaware river is the only spot i've heard of them being caught through the ice during the day consistently. I used to mark what i thought were walleye on my flasher at swartswood, but they'd never bite!

    Throwing out twisty tails hoping to find the jumbo perch instead found some walleyes , 1 jumbo perch and a real nice sunny . Worked hard that day !
