      try 2 1/2 inch emerald shiner or smelt color gulp minnows dear fish them under a bobber or small jig? their deadly for big crappie an bass also..or on a road runner ...more jighead slash spinner..or put them on bettle spin instead of the cheap grubs they come with..well good luck Deb an let me know if you ever try any of those?

      I would say it just depends on what they are hitting. Try them all. I always have jigs, Rooster Tails and Beetle Spins and if those fail try live minnows.

    Fished in the rain today and did well. Many small bass and crappie. This was largest. He took it so close to the bank I watched him strike it. I love when that ...more happens! Chartreuse/Orange was the color of choice.
