    Another first today! My first crappie or perch...I'm not really sure. Lol Either way, I was happy to see this guy and finally be catching some fish at this spot.

    I caught my first Bass on the fly (well, first bass EVER) yesterday!! I know...I held him like a trout but, I already have a hard time with the fish selfies. LOL

      You're holding it just fine, actually holding it by the lip horizontal without supporting the body has been proven to injure the fish to the point it will die ...more and I still see many pics that way.
